2022年5月27日的排期到后，陈先生如果人在美国境外，可以通过NVC美国领馆面签入境，一个月左右拿到绿卡。如果到时人在美国境内，可以递交I-485调整身份，同时申请I-131回美证和I-765工卡，回美证和工卡目前一般在递交后的3个月左右收到，如果没有面试，绿卡一般在6到8个月收到。
